On February 25, 2016, invited by thewell-known insurance company - Japan Property Insurance (China) Co., Ltd.,lawyer Dapeng Xu and Peng Li from Tahota Shanghai Office delivered severallectures on the topic of legal risks of managers of foreign enterprises inChina to a number of well-known Japanese enterprises in Hang Seng Bank Tower.

On that day, senior managers, employees of legaldepartment and risk management department of nearly 40 well-known Japanesecompanies were gathered on site. In the nearly three-hour lectures, twopartners of our firm had a sufficient and efficient discussion withparticipants on all kinds of risks and solutions in the process of operationthat faced by senior managers of foreign companies in China. Questions wereanswered on site.
